If you are flying in for a concert, a conference or a trade show at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, the first question is usually the same: how far out can you stay before the commute stops being worth it? Here are the actual numbers from our property, and what each way of getting there is like.

IMPACT Arena, Challenger 1–3, Exhibition Hall 1–8 and IMPACT Forum all sit inside the same complex, so the drive is the same whichever hall your event is in.
Getting to the halls
Motorbike taxi or car taxi is the practical choice on event days. Driving yourself into the complex when 10,000 other people are doing the same thing means queueing to park and queueing again to leave. Our front desk will call a ride to your room door; the trip takes 7–10 minutes.
Driving yourself makes sense on quiet weekdays. Parking at the hotel is free, with 15 spaces that take vans and pickups, and overnight parking is included.
Public transport exists in the Pak Kret area but is slow, and after a late event it is not a realistic option. Budget for a taxi on the way back.
Arriving late is fine
Concerts at IMPACT Arena often finish after 22:00, and trade show teardown can run past midnight. The front desk here is staffed 24 hours and there is no curfew or door-locking time, so a 01:00 or 02:00 arrival is not a problem. Let us know your rough arrival time over LINE when you book.

About 3.8 km, which is a 7 to 10 minute drive. IMPACT Arena, Challenger 1-3, Exhibition Hall 1-8 and IMPACT Forum are all inside the same complex, so the distance is identical whichever hall your event is in.
Can I walk from the hotel to IMPACT?
No. At 3.8 km it is too far to walk comfortably, especially in the heat. Take a motorbike taxi or a car taxi; the front desk can call one to your room door.
Is there a shuttle bus to IMPACT?
There is no scheduled shuttle. Staff will call a motorbike taxi or car taxi for you instead, which takes 7 to 10 minutes to reach the venue entrance.
I arrive after midnight. Can I still check in?
Yes. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and there is no curfew, so arriving at 01:00 or 02:00 after a concert or a late teardown is fine.
How far is the hotel from the airports?
Don Mueang (DMK) is a 25 to 30 minute drive. Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is 60 to 90 minutes depending on traffic. There is no airport shuttle, but staff can arrange a taxi.
