Exhibiting at IMPACT is not a one-night trip. Your crew arrives before the show to build the stand, works the full run, and tears down late on the final night. A hotel that is merely close does not cover that. It also has to take the van, let people in at any hour, and feed them early enough to open the booth on time.

Build crews almost always end up going back and forth — a forgotten tool, a change of clothes, materials to store. At 3.8 km and 7 to 10 minutes those trips do not eat the working day. And because every IMPACT hall sits in one complex, the drive is the same whether your booth is in Challenger 2 or Exhibition Hall 7.
A quiet room matters after three days on your feet
Trade shows are days of standing and talking. What a team wants at the end of it is quiet. This is a garden property of 21 single-storey rooms in a residential soi in Pak Kret, not a tower on a main road. Rooms start at THB 1,090 per night including breakfast and parking.

Where should an exhibitor team stay for a trade show at IMPACT?
Look for four things that ordinary hotels tend to miss: parking that fits a van of stand materials and allows overnight parking, 24-hour access because teardown runs late, breakfast served early enough to open the booth on time, and a rate for multi-night multi-room stays.
Can we park a van carrying booth equipment?
Yes. On-site parking is free (15 spaces) and fits vans and pickups carrying stand materials, and vehicles can stay overnight for the length of the booking. Tell us how many vehicles when you book.
We finish teardown after midnight. Can we get back in?
Yes. The front desk is staffed 24 hours and there is no curfew, so the crew can return at any time.
Is breakfast early enough to open the booth?
Breakfast is included in every rate and is served early enough to eat and still reach the hall for opening. If your team needs to leave earlier than usual, tell us in advance and we will arrange it.
Do you have a rate for teams staying several nights?
Yes. Longer stays across multiple rooms get a negotiated rate quoted case by case over LINE. Send your dates, room count and number of nights and we will come back with a price.
How far is the hotel from the exhibition halls?
About 3.8 km, a 7 to 10 minute drive. All IMPACT halls are in the same complex, so the distance is the same wherever your booth is.
